Do any of these symptoms sound familiar?

Any one of these can be a sign of low estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone. The sooner you get checked, the sooner you can start feeling like yourself again. Hormone levels matter for weight loss too — read Hormones & Weight Loss on our blog.

Low Energy

Occasional tiredness is normal — persistent fatigue is not. Hormone imbalance can quietly drain the energy you count on at work and at home.

Hot Flashes & Night Sweats

As estrogen falls, many women experience hot flashes, night sweats, and disrupted sleep. Hormone therapy is the most effective treatment for these menopause symptoms.

Mood Changes

Your brain regulates mood through hormone receptors. When estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone dip, irritability, anxiety, and low mood often follow.

Declining Libido

Falling hormone levels — including testosterone — commonly lower libido. Rebalancing can help restore desire and comfort.

Weight & Muscle Changes

Strength fades and weight creeps up despite your best efforts. Hormone balance plays a fundamental role in metabolism and muscle.

Brain Fog & Focus

Losing your train of thought, forgetting the small stuff — hormonal shifts affect cognitive function and concentration.

You're in good company

1 in 4 women over the age of 30 has low hormone function.

Hormone decline is common — and treatable. With labs, a provider evaluation, and consistent follow-up, most women notice a real difference within the first few weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take insurance?

Our hormone optimization programs are cash-pay — insurance plans don't cover healthy-aging medicine. Pricing is transparent, and financing is available through Cherry.

How soon can I get started?

We can usually schedule your evaluation within a few days. Book online, or chat with us and we'll find you a time.

What is hormone optimization?

Medical treatment that restores declining levels of key hormones — estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone — using hormones and/or medications dosed to your labs and symptoms.

How soon can I expect results?

Weeks 1–2: Sharper mental clarity, more energy, and improved mood.

Weeks 2–3: Better results from exercise and weight-control efforts, plus an increase in sex drive.

Individual results vary.

How are the hormones administered?

Estrogen and progesterone are usually taken as capsules or creams. Testosterone is given by injection or topical cream. In certain cases, a long-acting pellet implant can be placed in office.

Is HRT safe?

Hormone replacement therapy has extensive research behind it and is safe for most women when properly prescribed and monitored. You'll have blood tests and other screenings throughout treatment as your provider deems appropriate.

Are there side effects?

As with any medical treatment, minor side effects are possible. We minimize that risk by prescribing medically appropriate dosages, and every program includes follow-up lab testing to keep your dose right.
