Subscriptions & Refunds

All subscription orders are non-refundable. Cancellations result in store credit only. No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances for subscription products.

Subscribers are fully responsible for managing their own memberships and recurring orders, including:

• Updating payment methods
• Changing billing dates
• Pausing or canceling subscriptions
• Reviewing upcoming charges

We are happy to assist by showing you how to manage your subscription. However, we cannot make changes on your behalf without your request, and we cannot refund charges that occur due to an unmanaged or active subscription.
