New Trim (Tirzepatide) Weight loss Program

This is for patients that have had  their initial telemedicine visit and would like to enroll in the weight loss program. 

This program will include   GLP-1  medication shipped to your door, monthly or quarterly. Annual Plans are shipped a quarter at a time.
