Hormone replacement patients — men or women — book an HRT visit. If you're already enrolled in our GLP-1 weight-loss program, book a Weight-Loss Follow-Up. We see virtual patients located in Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, West Virginia, and Virginia. You must be physically in one of these states at the time of your visit — appointments booked from outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded.

Most visits are covered by the listed price. For primary and urgent care, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your medical concern — your provider will always discuss this with you first.
Telehealth visits are provided by licensed medical providers. Virtual visits are available only to patients physically located within our service area at the time of their appointment; appointments booked from outside our service area will be cancelled. Depending on the complexity of your medical concern, additional fees may apply for primary and urgent care visits. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider and are never guaranteed. Telemedicine is not appropriate for medical emergencies — if you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
