The fine red lines around the nose, the flush across the cheeks, the broken capillary that never quite fades — those are blood vessels sitting close to the surface. No concealer or skincare reaches them.
The long pulse Nd:YAG is built for exactly that. Its 1064 nm wavelength travels deeper than most lasers and is absorbed by hemoglobin rather than pigment, so it heats the vessel itself and leaves the surrounding skin alone. The vessel collapses, and your body clears it over the following weeks.
What it treats
- Broken capillaries and spider veins, especially around the nose and cheeks
- Facial redness and background flushing
- Cherry angiomas
- Small leg veins
Because it targets blood rather than melanin, it is safe across all skin tones — including ones that rule out other vascular treatments.
What to expect
Sessions run about 15–30 minutes depending on the area, and most people describe it as a quick snap of heat. Expect some redness or slight swelling for a day or two; treated vessels darken, then fade. Many see a real difference after a single session, and most vessels clear in one to three.
Single session $250. Series of three $600 — the better value if you are treating more than a spot or two, and the more realistic plan for diffuse redness.
