Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue used clinically to activate growth hormone secretion. It is of interest  for its ability to improve bone density, reduce scarring, fight the effects of dementia, and reduce seizure activity. Clinically it is known to help people sleep,  recover from surgery and athletic activity faster;  improve metabolism, libido and reduce body fat.
